What is a Digi Doodle

What are Digi Doodle Stamps and How To Use them?

Digi Doodle Stamps, or Digital Stamps, are black and white line-art images that are downloaded to a computer where they can be sized and printed for a variety of paper craft uses.

How are Digital Stamps or Digi Stamps Used?

Once a digital stamp has been printed out, they can be used exactly in the same way as inked rubber or clear stamps.
Digi stamps can be cut out of paper or card stock and colored or painted to be used to make handmade cards, gift tags, scrapbook pages, mixed media, journal covers and pages, and other paper projects. Your imagination is boundless!

What Equipment is needed to use Digital Stamps?

The only equipment need to work with Digi Stamps is a computer and a printer. This is not an endorsement, but I use and Epson Workforce because not only is it a  large format printer, meaning you can print pages up to 13" x19", the Epson inks are water resistant, fade proof and durable.

Digi Doodle Studios will deliver your Digis in a "Zip". Most newer computer have built in extraction programs to open Zip files, but you can also download them if you need to.

You will also need some sort of photo editing program, or desktop program in order to resize and print your digis.

There are many free, and open source, programs you can download such as Gimp (again, not an endorsement).

Many have Microsoft Word and are able to easily work within the program to size and print digis. You can download our PDF with complete instructions on how to size and print in Microsoft Word.

It is recommended that you create a folder for your Digi Doodlesand back them up, as we will not be able to replace any lost images.
